Praise the Lord! I had my prayers answered!
Today was a happy happy day!

Morning went for band and did Machu, Waltzing Cat and Superman. I thought we played suckily, but miraculously, Mr Leng said we played uber well! Hahah. And he let us off early. Alright, maybe it was just me playing badly. >< Anyway, felt happy lah, for band. :)

Went bishan interchange to meet church peeps. Was like an hour early? Lol. So i went to the new library to read/borrow books. So cool can. Hahah. Alot of nice books there. Borrowed 2 books, Sex and the City and Odd Thomas. Got to put those 2 aside first because i havent finish my LOTR.

Anyway, met Lily and Christina and we walked to the interchange together to meet all the rest. Weiling from Hwachong came along too! Hahah. She was like my talking partner most of the time lah. Heh. Sooooo... We started the trail. Walked superrrrr far, to the HSBC Treetop Walk, which someone said, hey we can go there to withdraw money. -.- Lol! After the Treetop walk, we found that the remaining trail was EVEN longer. ZomG. O.o By the expressway, we were almost fighting the temptation to just hop on to the bus to take us to the end of the trail. Kind of bonded with church people. I just want to thank Jesus for helping me overcome this particular barrier that i've been praying about. ^^

Alright, i dont get why the persistent constant flu/blocknose/runningnose doesnt stop. It's been 3 or 4 days and my bed and tables are lined with tissues. If this continues, my room is going to turn into mucus tissue germy room. :/

Hahah. Went to help Ms Pang or should i say, Ms Pang's friends, in their concert. TECHNICOLOR DREAM OF DANCE! Hahahah. Didnt post about yesterday because it was rehearsal and we pretty much did nothing besides vying to get little kids to get our cakes. But--- there's something interesting! Hahah. One of the performing groups was this bunch of little 3 or 4 year old kids flown in specially from japan to do some gymnastics stunts. Uber cool can. And of course, not to mention CUUUTEEE! One of the little girl can just flip flip flip! She did handstand into backbend. Uber cute lah. Once she fell flat on her back but she still laugh laugh laugh like so happy. Hahaha. Little kids...



Anyway today got assigned to same room as Vicky and we were suppose to be taking care of this bunch of kids who are doing opening item and Snowflakes. I shall not elaborate on how cute these kids were too! Hahahah. Basically had to make them settle down and not make lots of noise and of course, make up. At first when we said makeup, then all of them were like running away, but once they got used to it, some of them were REALLY into it. Lol. Like put blusher soooo much until the face like ang ku kueh. ZOomg. 0.o Vicky and i were like... Okayokay, more foundation. Lol! The performance was pretty good and successful. Stayed back to clear the place and supper with Vicky and Michelle.

Morning suppose to meet Mdm Ong to give her the letter and i overslept. Had to cab down before she go home.

Went to the HTC centre to gao dim dad's phone. Wth. I stoned there for 2 freakin' hours. What's more. They tell me, sorry we tried everything but it just doesn't work. Thanks ah. Please just imagine my piss-ity. Sorry cant stand it so i called Dad and ranted at him which i assume he didnt listen much anyway because he was working and only half paying attention at what i was saying. Anyway, he came home nagging and complaining about the stupid thing lah. Im sooo not gonna allow him to ever buy such a stupid phone okay. This freakin' phone had just ate of 0.1% of my life man. -.-

Anyway, mood was lifted when i see Baobei to cut hair.

She keep mumbling to us and Baobei was like SSSHHHH!!! den she said, "She recently got a new shirt. Dont know steal from where one." i was like roflmao! Tsktsk, Baobei so evil.

Caught up with her. So happy to see her i almost didnt want to go for ballet. And okay, i was late. Hahah. Went i got there they were doing fouette pirouettes already. Finished Grande Allegro today. What's interesting was when i was doing all the pose pirouettes, i actually felt that adrenaline rush feeling again, the same that i felt that time when i was running! And today's the first time i was able to control my pose pirouettes. Oohh. I love that adrenaline rush man. If only i could just find it in everything that i do.

Today when i was walking to PP, this though struck me. I know why Dad says i can choose my religion after im 21. Because as one grows older, there is an increased likelyhood that people start to have more things to focus their attention on and have less time and attention on religion. I was just thinking, the devil is so clever, giving people so many things to divert their attention on. But i feel also, this is a chance that God is giving me to test my faith. And this is exactly what i pray for, i pray for faith, more and more and more faith. When questioning my purpose to church, at the very least i know, my first step, is for the Lord and every effort that i try to put in to be part of church, i know it's for the Lord, as i desire much more than anything to be part of His kingdom, to play my part as His daughter. It's just that sometimes, i hope that my journey will not be so xinku, though i understand very much that the more i go through, the more meaning i'll find at the very end. I love my Lord Jesus very very much. :)

Anyway, Mom short circuited today because Kai taught Mei to call the police. And the police called back to give us warning.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BELLE 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE!!! Hahahah. Went PizzaHut to celebrate Belle's birthday yesterday and we all reached uber highness! Wahahah. Michelle and I were damn funny trying to hide from Belle when we bought the cake and was waiting for Deborah. Lol. Trying to hide the cake from Belle, we handed it to the counter and thanks to me, ehem ehem*, i was like, "AYE DEBORAH, JUST GO TELL THE MAN WE WANT THE CAKE LAH!" Then realise, shit, i just let the surprise out. Hee oops! Anyway, had lots of fun eating the cake, and of course, giving Belle her cake facial.

Went towning with Gillian today! Hahahah. Talked lots of crap. Ohman. The thing that Jeralyn told you is still stuck in my mind. Lol. Caught City of Embers. Pretty nice show, could say my 6 bucks is not totally wasted, but was a little ??? at the end lah. Wanted to shop for shoes but Vera came so yup, byebye to Gillian and off to Zhuoyan's house!

Class potluck was pretty fun. Esp loved Zhuoyan's sofa. Was never able to resist it. But someone brought bad food, because i came home with a stomachache. :/

Aaaallrrigghhtt. TAG. Hahaha. 2 days of job attachment over. Prof Butler and Ann-Marie were really great and fun! Wished i could have stayed longer. ><

Day 1

I actually broke my record, left house 1 and half hours earlier and was late by half an hour. 0.o wthwthwth. I didnt know the freakin' train ride from east all the way to the west was 55 min. i could actually finish my first episode of Gossip Girl on the train. Lol. Cabbed down to NTU from Boon Lay and the cab actually doesnt have a NETS machine. -.- Sorry uncle, but i dont have cash. Got to borrow from Joelyn. But as i went up the first MAE building to look for her, building 3.2 i still remember, i got lost. NTU actually named their levels with the first level being B4. W.O.W i got off at level 1 realising Hey, why am i not at the groung floor? Anyway, Ann-Marie was really nice and she was saying how everyone got lost on their first day. Lol. See, im not the only one. Hahaha.

Day started off with Dr Slava on Robotics which i didnt really much understood and the robots there looked really impressive. Hahah. All the 3D stuff and Dr Slava was telling us about this robot which was programmed to climb down a flight of stairs, press a button to open the lift, go into the lift and press the button to the 2nd floor, get out, find a room with a mannequin in army suit, touch it, and return. Impressive huh. Okay, but the robot jammed as it was trying to get out of the lift at the 2nd level. Haiyoh. Forgot to take photos or the robots.

Next was Fuel Cell, which number 1, i cant really absorb or hear what the prof was talking about and number 2, i have no interest in it. It's basically about getting future source of energy and stuff like that. Took the most photos here, which was.. not logical. Hahah.









One of my favourite for the day was Cardiovascular Dynamics Lab. The prof pangseh us. -.- But it was alright because he got this nice researcher to take over instead. She told us all about cardiovascular stuff and weird plastic and tissue valves you put into a person's heart. Talked super long to her and i was actually able to aborb everything she said! Hahaha. Found out about being a researcher and stuff from her too.



Break with Ann-Marie. Talked loads of stuff and Ann-Marie treated Subway. Hahah.

Met Prof Butler and he showed us this car they've built using solar power. Cool stuff.

Followed by Prof Yongki at Aerospace. My other favourite of the day. HAhah. Saw loads of cool aeroplane models and even real ones. The most awesome thing was the flight stimulator thing which u go in and play around with the gears and the thing works exactly like you are in a plane. Reminds me of my little ambition to be a pilot. Hahah. Went upstairs of Aerospace and looked at history of Aerospace, and we played another miniature flight stimulator which i keep crashing the plane. I have no idea why. Lol.













Day 2

Left house 2 hours earlier. Thought i was going to be before time and i actually got down the wrong MRT station twice. -.- So i ended up reaching just in time and maybe... a little late. Nanotechnology for today. Briefing by Prof Butler in the morning and he brought us to this lab assistant who showed us measurement of surface roughness using laser and nanotech.

Lunched with Prof Butler and Ann-Marie at SAKAE!!! Prof Butler's treat! ^^ But felt a little guilty, the meal cost him about 70 bucks. ><

Anyway, afternoon we went on to Prof Butler's lab to play with some dough thing and see the smoothness of our hands and Prof Butler actually said, "Hey, yours is the smoothest i've seen so far." Lol! Sat around and talked crap with him all the way till 4 from university admission to Paris Hilton to St Marg's uniform. Hahaha.

End of day. Intended to do only survey for Ann-Marie and we ended up talking about everything for hours. Omg. Hahah.

Yup. That's about my job attachment. Love Ann-Marie and Prof Butler! :)

Today's swimming taught Peirong 2 things:
1. Swimming is not Peirong's thing
2. Peirong is never going into a kids pool ever again

There was a lap pool and the sign says, only for swimmers who swim without stopping. And so i was swimming in it without stopping. And wth, i was chased out by some china woman, "小妹妹，这里是给游快一点的人游的。可以到外线游吗？" -.- Sorry, but i was quite sure there was no speed limit okay. And that's like, depising the slow swimmers. Whatever happen to cohesive society? Arent they suppose to be tolerant to slow swimmers like me who try their best to swim faster? Okay, whatever, im not talking sense.

And not to mentioned. I have never been more traumatised swimming. I went into the kids pool to play with meimei. As i was waiting for her at the bottom of the slide, to my extreme horror, i found pi sai on me. Wthwthwth. Green gooey pi sai freakin stuck on me. Can you imagine my disgust. Please. Dont ever bring me to a kids pool ever again. Thats almost just as bad as seeing a pile of dabian float across you. -.-

Dinnered at compass point and got Derlynn's birthday cake. Cant believe it. Time like... doesnt seem to fly. It apparates. Her birthday is like next Sunday. Whoo. Anddd i finished my Sidney Sheldon, finally bought Optrex and Eyemo which i've been forgetting forever. I got to seriously slow down my speed of reading, and cut down on my eating.
Daddy was like
"So, i see that you are broke again. Where did all your money go?"
"Where else? Food/Books"
"I see the books. But where did all the food go?"
"I shitted it out."
"No, i dont think so. I think its stuck all over you."

1. I can still make it on time for ballet
2. I'll be missing ballet on Monday and probably Tuesday so i got to make up for it

Finished free movement dance which i thought was awesome. Hahaha. I wanna do free movement! Lunch with Rachel and Cheryl. And i realised, Rachel Ng's surname is not Lim. -.- Lol. Okay that sentence doesnt make sense, please ignore.

Went a little late for EH meeting, if you consider 45 min late late. Lol. Apparently they were later than me and havent started. Great... -.- Now find a bunch of people who are later than me. Stoned alot since sch liaising dept is kinda slacker. During meeting i guess i had this uber sian/sleepy/blur face, which made the rest kind of worried when they give instructions. Kept asking if i understood and caught any balls. YES GUYS, I CAUGHT EVERY BALL. Wilson commented i look like a kid and attempted to throw me off the chair. -.-

Made friends with Sam. ^^ Then she got to leave early. Then had a little, just a little, fun seeing Tim making funny faces during the meeting when SOMEONE take over. Wahahahaah! It was kinda... ehem, amusing. And aww, he got a ticket for parking without coupons. Tsktsk.

Okay, boring day. Got to draft another letter for the schools and i guess i'll take things into my own hands lah. Shall not ask around for directions anymore, it's not getting me anywhere.

Today... Learnt an important lesson. Brings me back to Sec 1. That was with Gillian in the empty space at cedar classroom block i still remember, if im not wrong, the event was PSGM. Today, it was Krystal, through sms, I was standing beside watching Luther play piano after sectionals. Dont worry baobei, my mood is 100% positive now, and not meaning to be sarcastic, i really want to thank you for reminding me. If not for the realisation today, i wouldnt have realised what i've been doing to everyone all these while, not knowing even if i irritated people or upset others. Now i feel kind of apologetic to you and hh and please accept this apology, no "nevermind"s. Okay, accept then i buy u cheapo ice cream then we happy forever again! :) Enjoy Macau okay? And hh India!

Recently i dont know why, feel this kind of drive in everything i do, maybe not everything, but at least certain things im sure.

I feel excitement when i push myself to run faster and i feel the urge to run quite often.

I feel like pushing myself to play better and better in trumpet with the exception of playing in front of others. That one, i still cant find the motivation to play well in front of others. To be honest, sectionals are the most stress things ever. Everytime i go for sectionals, i wonder if it'll push me to the limit of jing shen beng kui-ing. I have to admit, i was disappointed with you, and i guess half of me still is. But i cant deny the fact that i still love you and i still need you. It's just, loving you so much brings me so much more disappointment each time. People say you may be moving on, but i refuse to believe any of this. Deep inside, you will always be who you are to me.
